William Hand is a chef with more than 20 years of experience
in the culinary arts. He has owned his own catering business -- which catered to the Fox studio lots in Los Angeles.
He was a kitchen manager at the very first Cheesecake Factory, the author or co-author of three cookbooks, and is currently the lab coordinator at Allegany College of Maryland's Culinaire Cafe in Town Centre, Cumberland.
